We are a team of database and web interface programmers, with a combined experience of over 55 years in Network, Programming and Internet Protocols. Utilizing a number of different programming languages, we specialize in providing rapid access to both administrators and clients of the medical, financial and legal industries. We use the latest in software, security and hardware server technologies to provide constant and consistent information to our clients in a controlled access environment. By specialization, we are able to provide the best in both worlds of data storage/recovery and consistent display via any Web Browser. No need for a dedicated application sitting on everyone's work station. This is provided by very personal and direct contact between our team and you, our client and partner, in the required services.

We provide either standard or 1024bit SSL servers. (http or https)

We also provide limited dedicated application hosting via Internet with controlled access using VPN, AES, DES or ECS.



• Reliability

Although no system is invulnerable, we pride ourselves on our service and reliability. In over 10 years of operation, we have only been offline a total of 105 minutes. This level of service is mostly due to our team's dedication and our choice of Hardware, Software and Internet Access Providers.

We use monitoring systems to notify us all, by cell and e-mail, if there is a problem and what the problem is. This allows us to respond in the fastest manner possible.

Our servers are all distributed load, multi processor, RAID 5 or better, high performance systems.

These are connected via dual fiber optic cable to our hosting facility's switches. This provides us with a very high degree of reliability. Although we have been told by more than one other service provider that You are doing overkill and spending unnecessary money, we have been there when they were, in the classic sense DOWN. We house our main servers within a state of the art co-location facility.

Our servers are only accessed through Cisco PIX® firewalls

All sites, applications and corresponding data is fully backed up daily to two offsite secure storage facilities, holding the last 30 days of backups.

We use several security protocols for our client's access. These run the gamut from simple public access to encrypted login/password to ECS (Encrypted Card Service).

• Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We offer three levels of SLA .
1. Standard**: Inconvenient but not mission critical.

Returned to Online status within 48 hours.

2. Medium**: Important, but not mission critical.

Returned to Online status within 24 hours.

3. High Access**: Mission Critical

Returned to Online status within 4 hours.

 

Any period over the SLA limit will be credited on a prorated basis of one(1) service fee day for each hour of Offline time over the SLA limit. Total limit of liability shall not exceed the sum of (monthly service fee X 12) or (monthly service fee X months of remaining contract period), whichever is smaller.

1. Although we take extreme precautions to avoid problems and protect the integrity of the clients data, We Build You A . com or it's team members, accepts no liability for lost/corrupted data or loss of access to either web site or data stored on We Build You A .com's servers or related sites hosted by other than We Build You A .com beyond the above SLA.
2. All data provided the client, stored with We Build You A . com, remains the property of the contracted client.
3. We Build You A . com or it's team members, accepts no liability for lost/corrupted data belonging to parties other than the contracted client.
4. All custom programming, scripts and database schema remain the property of We Build You A . com

** If the circumstances of being off line are within our reasonable control or due to a failure on our part.
